Taste of Greece 5K Run/Walk - 6:30 PM
Kids 1K Fun Run - 6:15 PM

Pick up your feet at this year's fun run! If you enjoy running or are training for another event, this is the race for you!  Bring your kids for the 1K before the race.  Challenge yourself, race a friend, stroller your child; walk or run - it's up to you - but enjoy the view whatever you do.  And afterwards, head up to the Minneapolis Greek Festival for some tasty treats!  The baklava is waiting for you!

The race starts at the Lake Calhoun parking lot on the corner of 36th Street and East Calhoun Parkway in Minneapolis and follows along the walking/running path of beautiful Lake Calhoun at sunset.  All entrants of Taste of Greece 5K will receive a stylish T-shirt, $10 free food coupons for your enjoyment at the Minneapolis Greek Fest and a taste of what the original Greek Olympic athletes felt like.  Opa!

This year's Taste of Greece 5K benefits C.A.D.E. (Children with Autism Deserve Education).  Taste of Greece will make a donation to C.A.D.E. on behalf of all 5K registrants. Bring a non-perishable food donation to the race to support Joyce Uptown Food Shelf!
